Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges.
We understand returns are sometimes needed. We ask that should a product not work out for you, please contact us first at info@theodoreleather to see if we can make it right. If you'd still like to return it, you are welcome to do so. Below is our return policy.
Product Condition: Must be new and in original packaging
Return Window: 30 days from date received per the tracking number
Method and Fees:
- Mail Return at customers' responsibility
- Restocking fees: None
- Refund processing time: up to 7 days
Cancellations
As long as the orders have not been shipped, we are happy to cancel your order at no charge.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the distance.
We process all orders same day and strive to have it in your hands within 4-5 working days
